Driveway and Other Stuff..

A phone call from our SS this week explained the early knock off on Friday....they hit the gas main so it was all tools down!

After some rectification works yesterday, the boys were back on the job today laying the formwork in preparation for the pour tomorrow.

The cleaners are booked for Friday and the carpet is being laid on Monday. There are other items that are yet to be finished and I'm sure we'll discuss these at PCI. The date for which, has been moved to Wednesday 6th April at 8:00am. Getting close to the finish line :)

    Shayne - it's Taubmans murkey water. We've got the same colour in our entire home theatre and as a feature wall in the leisure room. Love it!

    Sandrine - we're having plain coloured concrete in bluestone. The tree is a japanese maple (i think!), we have two which the council planted years ago. Most houses in our street have either maples or bottlebrushes out front.
