I had a voicemail from our SS late this afternoon. He sounded quite annoyed with the electrician who hadn't shown yesterday. He's now due to arrive early next week to fix the issues in the home theatre. The walls will be patched and the painters can resume their work; including external painting of the front door, cladding and the rendered portico. The eaves carpenters will also be back to complete the alfresco and media room window eaves. He didn't mention what happened to the tiler, he hasn't started the fireplace feature. I need to phone him next week anyway as we're a little concerned about the main floor tiling, it appears to dip in the middle of the room. Not good!!

Has your SS given you a completion timeline yet? (Sorry if you mentioned that - I cant remember!)
He's saying last week of March which really isn't that far away! I've typed up our termination letter for the landlord and think we'll give ourselves a week extra, just incase!
