Both the solar installers and the gyprockers arrived onsite this morning. I won't bore you with the 10pm phonecall we received from the installer last night, to confirm details and change the install time to sparrows fart. We were just happy to have them onsite FINALLY :)
They were very relieved the gyprocking had not yet begun as it made their job a whole lot easier.....all is well than ends well.
The gyprockers were onsite for almost 12 hours and the amount of work done is incredible. The below pics speak for themselves......

That's excellent Rachael! Solar Panels ... (Homer Simpson drool).
ReplyDeleteAWESOME!!
ReplyDeleteSo happy for you!! Can't wait until next week when I can do the gyprock happy dance with you! LOL.
I wish our solar guys had been allowed on site before handover - Metricon are so damn rigid!
Looking good!! Finally some real progress for you guys. Hope they keep it up. No excuses now about weather :)
ReplyDeleteLooks fantastic! Is that a fireplace in the leisure room? The niches beside it look fantastic and would make for lovely shelves
ReplyDeleteHey Rachael. Great progress and those panels are looking good too..
ReplyDeleteCannot believe that the Gyprock guys took only 10 hours to cover the whole lot !!
looking forward to see more pictures
Kahell - It sure is :) How are all your plans going?
ReplyDeleteMarlon - It was a huge amount of work for 1 day. They came back on Friday and did the plastering but haven't been back since? The cornice still needs to be done so not sure why they haven't showed this week. I've left a message for our SS who should be back from holidays.
