It's the 4th sunny working day in a row and STILL no action on our site or even contact from our SS. We're left here hanging, not knowing what's going on. If there are delays, fine. We just need some communication!!
Simon has left a number of messages over the past few days for our SS but we've heard nothing back. We're getting worried about him!
Two weeks left until Wisdom shut down for Christmas..........
*UPDATE - Simon received a call from our SS this afternoon saying we had workers onsite installing the a/c ducting and fireplace. Low and behold, I drove around at about 4pm and the guys had just left. They must've arrived after my first drive by at 11am! Apparently the roofing issue was fixed this week and the eaves carpenters will be back tomorrow to complete their job (including the cladding WAHOO!!!). The painters are scheduled for Friday.
See...all we needed was info!

I get that these SS's are super busy but they need to liase with the owners more in my opinion..
I really hope you hear from him soon - and more importantly see some action on your house before the Xmas shutdown!!
Totally understand how you feel Rachael! Just hang in there and hopefully you hear back from your SS today! Sometimes when you ignore them they tend to work faster..thats what we are doing this week lol!

Rachael, did you contact the admin staff in the office or the construction manager for Wisdom.. ?? if i could not get hold of the SS i would be calling the office and asking for an update. After all you are only trying to get an update from them and it is not a big thing to ask for ??
