Damage to kerb and guttering...

The excavators who are digging out the pool have damaged the kerb and guttering across the street. They've driven their truck out of our driveway and smashed straight into the gutter on the other side of the road.

The company refuse to accept fault and are standing by their claim the damage was present prior to their arrival. Our neighbours tell a very different story! We also visit the site daily and know for ourselves the damage was not there the previous day. Payment to this particular company is being witheld until this issue is resolved.
