We'd hoped to have the DA lodged before Easter but had to wait for our Engineer (who was designing the stormwater plan) to return from holidays. Then further delays.....the pool needed to be moved closer to the house to avoid the sewer which runs across our backyard, and Council required us to have a larger rainwater tank than was proposed. So all invloved; the builder, the engineer and the landscape architect needed to update their plans.
We're eagerly watching the councils DA tracking online, waiting for our application to become live!!
