Held the house demolition sale today...what a waste of time! Poor Simon had to sit there for three hours with only a few potential customers showing up. However, we did manage to make a small profit. I really thought we'd have more people through, maybe the weather put them all off? Either that or neither of us would make very good Marketing Managers!
One guy walked through the house, out the back door and left via the side gate. It wasn't until he'd gone, we realised he'd ripped off two glass panes from our laundry window. They're not worth much, he should've just asked! Gaahh, the hide of some people!
