After numerous visits to display villages and checking out almost every project home builder in Sydney, we've chosen to build an Impression 33 MKII with Wisdom Homes.
It's a two storey house that fits perfectly on our block and has everything we are after in a home.

We sat down with C at Wisdom and went over our 'wishlist' to be included in the tender. There will be an $8000 charge for zone allowance....yikes!! The engineer and surveyors will visit our block over the coming weeks and we should have a tender by early December.
