Have been given the news this morning that our suburb is not included in the build zone for the Sutherland Shire. They've made an allowance on this occassion, however the zone allowance has increased to $15K !!!
Not happy :(
We're going ahead with the tender anyway, it will be interesting to see how much it comes in at.
