Formwork Begins

Our SS phoned early this week to introduce himself and inform us whats in store for the coming weeks. 'N' said it will be an exciting time as we watch the slab and frame go up. Lots of tangible progress after all these months of planning!

A few pics of the progress so far.....

Right side of the house; looking from the corner of the leisure room back to the street. The small concrete slab at the side will house the rainwater tank.

 What will eventually be the kitchen, leisure room and alfresco area.

Left side of the house; kitchen, laundry and powder room.

The front corner here will be the edge of the garage.

We'll have approx. 1 metre width access down the side.

Those hedges will have to go!
